The famous tripadvisor travel site has just unveiled its long -awaited classification of the most beautiful beaches in the world for the year 2025. Discover the top 20 of these dream destinations that make travelers from around the world fantasize.
Each year, the Tripadvisor site, a real reference in the field of tourism, publishes its record of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. This highly anticipated classification, called “Travellers’ Choice Awards: Best of the Best Beaches”, is based on an advanced analysis of the notes and comments left by millions of travelers.
For 2025, it was the superb Elafonissi beach, on the Greek island of Crete, which won first place. With its crystal clear waters and pink sand, this little corner of paradise made a spectacular leap with 23 places compared to last year’s ranking. Tourists are under the spell of this exceptional site, also surrounded by majestic cedar forests, perfect for beautiful hikes.
The rest of the world top 5 takes us to the four corners of the globe. We thus find in second position the beach of Banana Beach on the Thai island of Phuket, followed by Eagle Beach on the Caribbean Island of Aruba (3rd), Siesta Beach in Florida (4th) and Praia Da Falésia in Algarve in Portugal (5th).
