Going shopping at Ica is something that most of us do from time to time. But how to behave in a store – that differentiates us in many ways.

Some people like to grab the goods they want, pay and then get out of the store. Others like to wander around to see if they can find something they didn’t really intend to buy.

The ICA manager: “We hate it when customers do that”

Among other things, the staff dislikes when customers take goods from the fridge and freezer which they then regret taking and then leave on a completely normal shelf.

– When you find a milk in the chip shelf, for example, then you just have to throw it away, says the store manager.

But there is one thing that the majority of staff around the country dislike when customers do and that it is even joked about among employees.

So, what could it be?

– When the customer rolls in with a shopping cart a few minutes before closing… then you know that everyone is thinking the same thing. But then you can easily point out that “we close in two minutes” so that people don’t wander around for too long, says the store manager.

So if you’re going into the store at the last second – hurry up!
