Estrella posts on Threads
They have been on Instagram’s app Threads for 19 weeks. There they periodically post short humorous updates with a recognition factor, but also more serious posts.
But one post was a bit too joking, and made the social media manager Jenny Pira just after a few hours deleted his own post on the company’s Threads account.

That’s what Estrella wrote in her deleted chip post
The post joked about how Estrella’s customer comments can sometimes look, and how they are answered.
“A new day. A new week. A new chance to write “Thank you for your feedback” to Helene who is lactose intolerant and thinks that Cheddar & Sourcream should have a warning on the front as well”, it was stated in that post which was later deleted.

In a comment to Expressen, Jenny Pira explains why she deleted the post.
– Many who work with consumer contact and service recognize themselves, she says The Express and continues:
– But it was a comment that highlighted that it could be perceived negatively. Then I thought that then we will take care of it.
The post has today been deleted so that no customer should feel offended or take offense at what was intended as a joke.
