That’s it, we know the allocation of TNT channels, following the eviction by Arcom of C8 and NRJ12, and the withdrawal of Canal+. Here are the new numbers of the TNT channels as of June 6, 2025.

Digital terrestrial television – better known by the acronym TNT – will experience a big change this year! While certain broadcasting authorizations will expire in 2025, the Regulatory Authority for Audiovisual and Digital Communication – the famous Arcom – has thrown a spanner in the works by making a big change in the allocation of broadcast channels. TNT, since it has simply and simply decided to exclude C8, owned by the Bolloré group, and NRJ12, which will pack up on February 28. She subsequently confirmed and maintained her decision, despite appeals from the channels. The response from the billionaire’s group was not long in coming, since Canal+, also owned by the group, decided to withdraw four of its channels from pay DTT (see our article).

This is a historic moment in the history of television, because it is the first time that frequencies have been withdrawn from channels since the launch of DTT in 2005. Arcom has finally revealed the new numberingwhich will take effect on June 6, 2025.

New TNT numbering: an information block and two new ones

The different channels engaged in a real game of musical chairs. We thus note the appearance of two new channels. The first, CMI TV (for a time called Réels TV), is offered by the CMI France group, which belongs to Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky. It plans to offer documentaries, debates and entertainment, and will start on June 6. The second is none other than that of Ouest-France, which can rely on the solid results of the press group and will arrive on September 1st. Viewers will be able to enjoy a daily talk show, entertainment, information, fiction and possible debate evenings. The two new ones will meet in 18 and 19, undoubtedly time to prove themselves.

France 4 (currently number 14) was chosen to replace Canal+ on 4, a logical choice, since France 2, France 3, France 4 and France 5 will now follow each other.logically“, underlines Arcom in a press release. The agency has also decided to form a live information block, bringing together BFM, CNews, LCI and France Info on channels from 13 to 16. The parliamentary channel (LCP ) and Public Senate will, for their part, replace C8 on 8. For its part, the channel dedicated to youth Gulli, today on channel 18, will take the place of the late NRJ12 on the 12.

Here is the new numbering which will take effect from June 6, 2025:

Just like hundreds of other channels available in the country, they will have to find agreements with operators for broadcast on Internet boxes or by cable or satellite. In addition, the program Don’t touch my post should be transferred, according to the latest news, to the CStar channel from a date still unknown.
