No one escapes the Ingrosso-Wahlgren family and their bravado.
In addition to sing-alongs, pop star tours and the million-dollar empire CAIA Cosmetics, the family has made itself known for numerous restaurants that have all found the recipe for success.
In Sweden, the Ingrosso family runs a total of seven restaurant businesses, four of which belong to the couple Emilio Ingrosso, 59, and Åsa Ingrosso49. The restaurants La Perla and OMINO are also located in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, where the restaurateur couple lives.
Olli Ristorante in Stockholm is owned by Oliver Ingrosso34 – oldest of Pernilla Wahlgren’s children. Also the Swedish House Mafia member Sebastian Ingrosso41, is behind two of Stockholm’s most popular bars.
News24 has compiled the income from all the eateries (or should we say the “dough” from the pasta?) – and it’s not a small sum.

1. Oliver Ingrosso: Olli Ristorante
The editors have previously taken note of the Swedish Tax Agency’s information regarding Oliver’s annual income. In 2022, he had a fixed earned income of SEK 542,000, or SEK 45,166, based on the twelve months of the year.
However, that is not the whole truth: the figures were taken before Olli had time to become a mega-success, and today Oliver sits as deputy board member for the owner company Festivus Jakobsbergsgatan 21 AB. According to the business descriptions, Festivus conducts “restaurant and catering operations”, which suggests that it is precisely the income from Olli Ristorante that is reported here.
The company’s turnover in 2023 was measured at a whopping SEK 48,220,000, with an annual profit of SEK 8,104,000. A dividend to shareholders of SEK 6,795,000 was made during the year – not bad for Ingrosso!
2. Emilio and Åsa Ingrosso
After the great success in Spain, the restaurateur couple today own four restaurants in Sweden:
According to the Swedish Companies Registration Office, however, there are no company registrations for either Emilio Ingrosso or Åsa Ingrosso, despite their many activities, and digging for the hidden company involvements is a jungle to say the least.
Secret restaurant giant behind the fortune
The ingredient to the million revenue seems instead to be the restaurateur Tim Karlsson40, who is active in 16 companies – many of them owners of Ingrosso’s food court.
In his Linkedin profile, the restaurant mogul describes himself as “business owner at Usine, La Perla Södermalm, Le Bistrot Usine, Scarpetta by INGROSSO, OLLI Ristorante, Omino by Ingrosso”.
The star player here is Factory: the co-owner of the restaurant La Perla together with Ingrosso, which in turn is owned by the restaurant and catering company Festivus AB. In 2023, Festivus showed a juicy turnover of closer 52,500,000 kroner, according to information from All companies.
No wonder Åsa and Emilios live the luxury life in Spain!

3. Sebastian Ingrosso: Un Poco, Kale & Crave
DJ, restaurateur or multitasker enough to Save the World? Swedish House Mafia member Sebastian Ingrosso is both co-owner of the Italian restaurant Un Poco and runs the health-oriented pub Kale & Crave together with Serhan Stoyanov.
The Kale & Crave brand belongs to FIGFY AB, which had a turnover of around 41,800,000 last year. The luxury Italian restaurant Un Poco instead belongs to the company Restaurang Di Vino verdejning AB, which also had a maximum turnover in the previous year: the sum landed at around SEK 27,300,000.
As recently as June 26 this year, the owners of Un Poco – including Ingrosso – took out a bonus of SEK 3,300,000. Distributions of around 4,000,000 have also been made in 2022 and 2021. In other words: things are going well now!
Also Bianca Ingrosso, daughter of Emilio and sister of Oliver, has various connections to restaurant life. In addition to the fact that she is often seen promoting the family’s restaurants in her Instagram posts News24 previously reported on her, now ended, relationship with Phillipe Cohen – the owner of the Poppis restaurant Ted.
“Just toooooo fkn good @olliristorante Proud of you and that you never settle for anything but perfection”, writes Ingrosso about his older brother in a post.
