In October 2022, SVT’s long-running “Allsång på Skansen” got a new host: The reality profile and the singer Pernilla wahlgren. In 2024, she started her second season in the program.
She took over after Sanna Nielsen and attracted 300,000 more viewers for the 2023 season than for the 2022 season. A total of 1.4 million viewers sat down in front of the television during Wahlgren’s premiere in “Allsång”.

In an earlier interview with News24 however, she reveals what will determine whether or not she will stay on the show.
– It’s probably a discussion that you have with SVT every single year when you’re done. If they want to keep one and if you think it’s fun to continue, she said then.
