(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Tessellisa company born from the merger between Linkem Retail and Tiscali, communicated that, with effect from 1 February 2023, Cristiana Procopio and Alberto Trondoli they resigned their own resignation from the position of director for reasons of a personal nature.
Procopio does not directly and/or indirectly hold shares in the company, while Trondoli does partner of Amsicorawhich holds a stake of 3.15% of the share capital.
The board of directors will arrange for them at the next useful meeting substitution by co-optation.
