(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Tessellisa group born from the merger between Linkem Retail and Tiscali, has announced that it is the period for exercising the option rights has ended purchased during the auction on Euronext Milan, following which 2,848,879 newly issued ordinary shares were subscribed, for a total value of 1,139,551.60 euro.
Also taking into account the 37,868,445 newly issued shares already subscribed during the offer period, a total of 40,717,324 Tessellis shares are therefore subscribed, equal to the 65.9% of the shares offered in the context of the capital increase option, for a total value of 16,286,929.60 euros.
As already communicated, a portion of the shares underlying the unexercised rights remaining unexercised at the end of the unexercised auction will be allocated to some subjects who have undertaken to sign themfor a total amount of 2.4 million euros.
