Amersfoort – Terror suspect Ayoub M. from Amersfoort was sentenced to TBS with conditions 2.5 years ago for stabbing his mother. Despite this measure, he stabbed two people at the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam on Thursday, one of whom died. According to TBS lawyer Jan-Jesse Lieftink, “it seems clear that something went wrong here”, but that does not mean that TBS with conditions does not work.
