WHY THE SNOW STORM HAPPENED
John Blickley, Deputy Coordinator of the Schuylkill County Office of Emergency Management, said in a statement that the snowstorm reduced visibility and they emphasized that this was probably the cause of the accident. Noting that emergency personnel from four different districts intervened in the accident, Blickley announced that approximately 20 people were taken to regional hospitals for treatment.
