The alarm was received by SOS Alarm shortly before 4 p.m.

Black smoke also billows from the terraced house.
The emergency services are on site with several resources.
An ambulance and the police have also been alerted, but according to the emergency services, there is currently no information that anyone is still in the terraced house.
