(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Triad reported that he has purchasedas part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares, from 26 to 30 June 2023, total 384,827 ordinary shares (equal to 0.019% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 7.6325 euro per share, for a counter value equal to 2,937,199.30 euros.
The newly purchased shares add up to the additional 3,449,049 treasury shares held by the Company, therefore, following the purchases made so far, Terna holds 3,833,876 treasury shares equal to 0.191% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, substantially flat on the values prior to the session of thenetwork operator for the transmission of electricity, which at the end shows a moderate +0.13%.
