(Finance) – After the update of the 2021-2025 Business Plan, the international rating agencies confirm the ratings of Ternaa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the management of electricity transmission networks. S&P Global Rating confirmed the long-term rating at BBB +, one notch above that of the Italian Republic, with positive outlook. At the same time, S&P also confirmed the stand-alone rating (SACP) at A-. Scope Ratings instead confirmed the long-term rating as well as the rating of Terna’s senior unsecured debt at A-, one notch above that of the Italian Republic, with stable outlook. At the same time, Scope also confirmed the short-term rating at S-1 and the subordinated (hybrid) debt rating at BBB.
