(Telestock) – Terna has announced that it has purchasedwithin the scope of the authorization to purchase treasury shares, from 16 to 20 September 2024, in total 608,157 ordinary shares (equal to 0.030% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 8.0098 euros per share, for a counter value equal to 4.871.245,92 euro.
As part of the Program, Terna has therefore purchased 998,428 of its own shares (equal to 0.050% of the share capital) for a total value of 7,999,999.09 euros.
Consequently, the Planlaunched on September 4, 2024, it’s overthe maximum amount having been reached, as per the press release of 3 September 2024.
The total shares purchased under the above-mentioned Program are in addition to the additional 3,153,420 treasury shares already held by the Company. As of today, therefore, Terna holds a total of 4,151,848 treasury shares (equal to 0.207% of the share capital). The controlled companies do not hold shares of the parent company Terna.
At Piazza Affari, today, it timidly lengthens its stride the operator of networks for the transmission of electricitywhich ended the session with a modest increase of 0.25%.
