(Finance) – Ternamanager of electricity transmission networks listed on Euronext Milan, has signed with Intesa Sanpaolo a ESG-linked Credit Facility Agreement for a total amount of 400 million euros.
The credit line will have a total duration of 5 years, with an interest rate also linked to the trend of Terna’s performance in relation to specific environmental, social and governance (ESG) indicators.
