Terminator Survivors Delayed to 2025

Terminator: Survivors has been delayed by NACON to 2025. The game is being developed with Unreal Engine 5 and will be playable in single-player mode.

NACONeagerly awaited Terminator: Survivors has delayed the release of its game to 2025. Originally scheduled to be released on Steam Early Access on October 24, the game was moved up due to requiring more development time.

NACON Wants More Time for Quality in Terminator: Survivors

NACON stated that they needed additional time to fully deliver on Terminator: Survivors’ post-apocalyptic world. “Delaying the game’s release was a difficult decision, but we believe this additional time will allow us to ensure that our vision for Terminator’s post-apocalyptic world meets the expected level of quality,” said Marco Ponte, CEO and Creative Director of NACON Studio Milan.

Terminator: Survivors is being developed with Unreal Engine 5, but there is no word on whether it will make full use of Nanite and Lumen technologies. The game will be played in single-player mode within an original story, and players will have the option to play co-op with up to three friends. There are currently no plans for a PvP mode for the game, which will be focused on PvE.

Players will start the story with an existing base and will have the opportunity to expand it. However, the game will not focus on base-building mechanics. It will also feature drivable vehicles that will make exploration and cooperation fun.
