Halep, 32, has waged a long battle to return to the WTA Tour after she was suspended after testing positive for doping at the 2022 US Open. She has been keeping up her training recently, confident that the CAS Court of Arbitration in Lausanne would exonerate her during yesterday.

Her four-year suspension was reduced to nine months, time she had already served this summer.
She does not rest on the male, but enters the hot air with a 1,000 tournament directly to meet the world elite again.
