Once again, many people have been monitoring their gardens to count birds for the 20th edition of the National Garden Bird Count. In the province of Utrecht about ten thousand people took part, together they counted 150 thousand birds. Although the number of participants is somewhat lower than during the corona pandemic, this proves, according to the Bird Protection, that counting birds is not a corona hype.
