BACKGROUND – Two boys from Veenendaal who were involved in fireworks attacks in the village of Achterberg a year and a half ago have been sentenced by the Utrecht court to juvenile detention, community service and paying tens of thousands of euros in damages to the residents. According to the court, it has been proven that the two were each involved in an attack with a heavy fireworks bomb at a different home. They did that together with several other people, but it is not known who they are.
