He’s just a kid. But despite that, he is suspected of serious crimes – and is said to be a run boy for serious criminals.
Yesterday, the 15-year-old was arrested for involvement in the murders of three people in Västberga and Tullinge.
“He has shown norm-breaking and violent behavior,” says a previous judgment.
Despite his young age, the 15-year-old boy has been placed in several treatment homes. He has also deviated on repeated occasions.
At the beginning of summer 2022, the administrative court decided that he should be cared for according to LVU.
“The suspicions of serious crime and the high school absenteeism pose a significant risk to the boy’s health and development,” the judgment states.
“The police have found him with heavy criminals and suspect that he is a run boy for them”.
At the time of writing, the boy was only 13 years old.
During a house search, the police had found “disturbing numbers” in the boy’s phone, as well as pictures of him posing with weapons.
“Social services and the guardians have tried to deal with the situation through voluntary efforts, but he has not been receptive to these,” states the court.
“Have been forced to live with criminals”
But neither do the mandatory measures seem to have had the desired effect.
Earlier this year, the boy’s mother requested that he be placed at her home. She was then worried about her son’s well-being.
“During his time in care, he has been exposed to challenging environments and forced to live with criminals,” said the mother’s appeal.
But the court rejected the request. The decision states that he is suspected of serious crimes which are said to have been committed in an HVB home.
“The administrative court considers that the boy’s development is worrying”.
A girl is also in custody
Late on Friday evening, the boy was arrested by the police. He is suspected of involvement in the murder of a father of a small child in Västberga and the shooting death of two women in Tullinge.
A 15-year-old girl was also arrested that evening. She is not known to the police from before, according to what Aftonbladet learns. A source states that it is, among other things, chat messages that have caused them to end up on the investigators’ radar.
The two teenagers were taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon. They are suspected of incitement to murder, aiding and abetting murder and aggravated weapons offences.
A 16-year-old boy has already been detained in the case. It is he who is suspected of having fired the weapon.
The trio denies wrongdoing.
