A 16-year-old boy is suspected of raping a four-year-old, reports Värmland’s Folkblad. The boy has been charged and, according to the indictment, he has confessed to the crime.
He is also charged with sexual abuse of children at the same time. However, the charge can be changed to sexual harassment. The boy is also suspected of having masturbated and exposed himself in front of older children, also during the same day.
