Teen charged after citizen reports vehicle entries in Paris

A 17-year-old Kitchener resident is facing charges after a citizen called police to report someone trying to break into vehicles in Paris.

Brant OPP said the teen is charged with trespassing at night and possession of break-in instruments.

Police said they were called just before 3 am on Dec. 3 after two people were seen on a home security system trying to enter vehicles in the Flagg Avenue area.

Police said they located two youths and arrested one.
