Tuna’s vehicle scales are distinguished by companies that are considered leaders in the sector. As a vehicle scale, TUNA is offered in four different models as TS1, TS2, TS3 and TS4.
One of our most preferred models in the sector is the TS-4 ground-mounted vehicle scale. Tuna TS-4 Model is a mobile scale with a self-ramp that does not require infrastructure and is used in stock areas, factory entrances, as a raw material purchase and sale scale. It is mounted on the ground. The scale can be easily climbed onto with reinforced concrete ramps. The scale consists of 3 parts and ramps. It consists of right and left steel platform and concrete lobes. It stands out with its robust structure and reasonable cost. The scale is produced by calculating maximum strength according to a weighing capacity of 150% more than its capacity, and 4 to 10 pieces of domestically produced stainless steel TCT-30t model load cells (loadcells) of C4 class in accordance with OIML R60 standards, each with a capacity of 30 tons, are used according to its dimensions.
The Tuna TCT Load Cell, which we produce in high volume quantities, is produced from two different materials as stainless steel and alloy steel, and is manufactured especially for use in vehicle scales and wagon scales. The measurement area, which is completely closed with laser welding, is in IP68 protection class and works successfully in harsh industrial conditions. There are capacity options from 10,000 kg to 50,000 kg.
