[Mis à jour le 20 septembre 2022 à 18h06] 11 floats, nearly 6.4 kilometers of route in Paris… The largest open-air dance floor in France is back after two years of shutdown due to the pandemic this Saturday, September 24, 2022 in Paris, for a 24th edition. The floats will cross Paris to represent the broad spectrum of electronic music, from techno to house, including trance, drum’n’bass and hardcore.

The kick-off is given at noon place Denfert-Rochereau, with a departure of the parade at 2 p.m. to end at 8 p.m. place de la Nation. On the occasion of this flagship event of electronic cultures, Technopol has joined forces with the Wild Buzz Agency and Fun Radio to give new impetus to the Techno Parade in view of its 25th anniversary in 2023.


The route of the 24th edition of the Parisian Techno Parade, which extends over 6.450 kilometers very precisely and which honors Ukraine, leaves at 2 p.m. from place Denfert-Rochereau, then will take avenue Denfert- Rochereau, Boulevard Saint-Michel, Boulevard Saint-Germain, Pont de Sully, Boulevard Henri IV, Place de la Bastille, Rue de Lyon, Avenue Daumesnil and Boulevard Diderot to arrive at Place de la Nation.

The Techno Parade will vibrate to the rhythm of DJs from noon to 8 p.m. this Saturday, September 24, 2022 with 11 floats. 24 years after the first edition, the organizers and amateurs of electronic music are pleased with the progress made in the recognition of the artistic movement, but will to share their many demands, namely the inclusion of electronic music in the French cultural heritage, fair treatment for actors and actresses of electronic music, the adaptation of the intermittent regime to the profession of DJ, the creation of the reception areas for electronic music events and festivals, the adaptation of the “sound” decree to the specificities of electronic music and finally the creation of a realistic and applicable framework for the organization of free parties.

On the model of the “Love Parade” in Berlin and under the impetus of the former French Minister of Culture Jack Langthe Techno Parade was created on September 19, 1998 to promote electronic culture.

Like every year, the Techno Parade welcomes renowned DJs. Among them, Xenia, who performed in the courtyard of the Élysée on the occasion of the Music Festival, and whose country, Ukraine, is in the spotlight of this 24e editing. But not only. Here is the list :
