The Swedish star team Lag Hasselborg, with among other things Olympic gold from Pyeongchang on the merit list, fell in the EC qualifiers against Lag Wranå just under a month ago.
But in Canadian Dundas, Ontario, Lag Hasselborg took revenge – twice again.
Grand Slam premiere this week
First, they won 6–3 against Lag Wranå in the group stage.
But that was not the only match between the teams. Both teams made it to the final, where Team Hasselborg, led by skipper Anna Hasselborg, was the strongest. They won 9–3, showing they are in top form ahead of the new Grand Slam season kicking off later this week in Niagara Falls.
