TDC explores strategic options – Reuters

TDC, which is Denmark’s largest telecom company, is looking at strategic alternatives for the company as a result of the increased consolidation in the Danish market. Two sources told Reuters.

The company is half owned by Australian Macquarie. Since Macquarie bought its stake, TDC has reduced its ebitda by 3.4 percent between the years 2019-2022. The process is at an early stage and the company is said to have no ongoing sale discussions, the sources said.

Norlys bought Telia’s Danish operations earlier this year.
