(Finance) – “We denounce one situation paradoxical which risks compromising the stability of a part of the economic system. On the one hand the government, through the delegation tax, is trying to restore credibility to the tax authorities by rebalancing the relationship with taxpayers, giving more value to the ‘Statute’ which protects their rights, aiming for a more equitable and sustainable system. On the other hand we are witnessing the massive sending of millions of documents by the Publish Administrationprecisely by the Revenue Agency, INPS and the Collections Agency, which are putting taxpayers and consultants in great difficulty. Even illegitimate acts such as, for example, tax records already subject to scrapping quater or such as the request for documents that should already be in the possession of the PA”. He claims it Marco Cuchelpresident of the National Association of Accountants.
“Millions of acts wreaking havoc and moodiness in Italians precisely at a time when, on the contrary, the system should be adjusted considering that at this moment the same citizens are engaged in compiling the forms statements of the incomes. We ask the government to intervene – concludes Cuchel – by blocking these massive mailings and postponing them to October after having carefully examined the folders”.
