The fixed Special Consumption Tax amounts for gasoline, diesel and LPG were increased by the six-month producer inflation. In this context, over 2 TL for gasoline and diesel (The price of diesel increased by 2 lira 7 cents per liter, gasoline by 2 lira 21 cents per liter and also LPG by 95 cents) tax increase implemented. With the increase in SCT, the price of gasoline per liter increased to approximately 44.70 TL in Istanbul, 45.70 TL in Ankara, and 46.06 TL in Izmir. The price of diesel per liter increased to approximately 44.60 TL in Istanbul, 45.63 TL in Ankara, and 46.00 TL in Izmir.
