(Finance) – This year the Revenue Agency aims to provide 90% of its services by appointment. At the same time, the share of use of telematic services compared to the total will reach 87% this year and then rise to 89% in 2026. This is – according to ANSA advances – the indication contained in the Integrated Activity and Organization Plan 2024-46 developed by the tax agency.
The commitment to improving relations with citizens and businesses – explains Ansa – will also translate intoprovision of VAT refunds within 75 days or in the commitment to disseminate 95% of the interpretative documents (circulars and resolutions) at least 60 days before application.
Among the Agency’s objectives is also greater quality of controls (the more in-depth ones carried out on a risk analysis are set at 320 thousand per year) from which the aim is to obtain 11.1 billion in 2024, 11.2 billion in 2025 and 11.3 billion in 2026.
