Do you sometimes go out without makeup?

Tatiana Silva : Yes, very often and especially during my days off. It’s my gift to my skin, which adapts to a lot of make-up because of my job. However, if I look too pale, a dusting of powder and blush can often help my self-esteem (laughs).

In the morning, when you wake up, how do you feel?

It’s going to depend on the night, if it was soothing then I’d think I’m lucky. If on the contrary it was agitated, I would thank all the chemists for having worked on the marvelous products which save my terrible mine.

What are your current essentials?

Vernix cream from Biologique Recherche. With the sun beating down harder and harder, it’s important to comfort and repair my skin at night. This mask is magical! The tube cream from Baïja which is quite nourishing. When you have dry skin like mine, finding a rich and nourishing balm is invaluable. My deodorant from Lavera, the strong version! A formidable ally for this summer period, it is so effective that it has become a must-have. My hydrolats from Ladrôme are tops. I usually use them before my plant serum but here I also recommend it as a make-up finish as a mist that gives a natural glow. Last but not least, I discovered the “hydration” serum from Codage that I use with my vegetable oil instead of aloe Vera. It works superbly well. My skin looks completely plumped up.

What do you think of cosmetic surgery?

I think that above all you have to feel good about yourself and that the paths to get there are diverse. It is a personal choice on which no one should intervene. Our freedom ends where that of the other begins

Your 3 “beautiful skin” gestures?

Cleanse, nourish, hydrate, protect (yes that’s 4 but they are like the 4 fantastic, inseparable)!

How do you take care of your hair?

My relationship to my hair is unique. I wash them every 10 days, I use almost exclusively products from the Leonor Greyl brand which they love. I rinse them with water and a bit of apple cider vinegar to remove lime residue and give them more shine. Finally, I do a pigmenting treatment at my hairdresser to revive this chocolate side that I love so much.

What’s the best beauty tip you’ve ever been given?

Make a moisturizing face mask several times a week. For dry or dry-prone skin, it’s quite a challenge to keep our skin supple and hydrated. It was a simple but very effective trick.

Who is your beauty icon?

My icons have an inner light that makes them beautiful like Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lopez, Sophie Marceau, Deepika Padukone.

Do you follow a diet or do you exercise to keep the line?

Yoga is the pillar on which my body rests. It allows me to keep a healthy body and at the same time to stay connected to me. Thus, I know if it is necessary to rebalance certain aspects of my diet without waiting to have gone too far.

Has your vision of beauty evolved during your career?

Very little. I like the timeless, the elegant, the aura that emerges from women. Alone, beauty cannot sublimate it.
