And rather than leaving these frequencies empty in the meantime, the Arcom had the idea of ​​taking advantage of them to try an experiment by granting an authorization for temporary dissemination to an unexpected actor: Lidl. As of this Tuesday, April 1, at 8 p.m. Tuesday, at 8 p.m., until June 6, the date of a renumotation and the arrival of a new channel, the channel 8 previously occupied by C8 will thus host a TV channel entirely operated by the distribution specialist, and simply baptized Lidl TV.

Lidl has not yet unveiled the details of its programming. But the brand has promised to deal with themes dear to its values ​​and activities with in particular emissions devoted to cooking and DIY, two of its flagship shelves. Without hoping to see a new Top chef or a modernized derivative of D&COyou can expect to find practical vocation emissions, with cooking recipes or tutorials to handle device such as the famous kitchen gentleman or tools for various works.
