(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Nova (vehicle vehicle of De Agostini) on the ordinary shares of DeA Capital, it appears that today, 17 February 2023, 9,238,876 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 69,057,957, equal to 80.552% of the offer.
The offer began on January 23, 2023 and will end on February 24, 2023, as extended. Borsa Italiana reminds you that DeA Capital ordinary shares purchased on the market on 23 and 24 February 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
