(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Nova (vehicle of De Agostini) on the ordinary shares of DeA Capitalit appears that today, 30 January 2023, 884,990 applications for membership have been submitted.
Therefore, overall there are 6,439,280 requests for membership, equal to 7.51% of the offer.
The offer began on January 23, 2023 and will end on February 17, 2023.
