(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Nova (vehicle of De Agostini) on the ordinary shares of DeA Capitalit appears that today, 6 February 2023, 4,452,718 applications for membership have been presented.
Therefore, overall there are 19,593,425 requests for membership, equal to 22.86% of the offer.
The offer began on January 23, 2023 and will end on February 17, 2023.
Italian Stock Exchange he reminds that the DeA Capital ordinary shares purchased on the market on 16 and 17 February 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
