This is what emerges on the basis of the interim results communicated by Intesa Sanpaoloas the intermediary responsible for coordinating the collection of subscriptions, at the end of the subscription period.
Consequently, as already announced to the market on 20 February 2023, the conditions for the delisting exist from Piazza Affari.
