(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Nova (vehicle vehicle of De Agostini) on the ordinary shares of DeA Capital, it appears that today, 24 February 2023, 5,929,640 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 75,764,051, equal to the88.374% of the offer.
The offer started on January 23, 2023 ed ended today, February 24, 2023, as extended. Borsa Italiana reminds you that DeA Capital ordinary shares purchased on the market on 23 and 24 February 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
