(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Nova (vehicle vehicle of De Agostini) on the ordinary shares of DeA Capital, it appears that today, 3 February 2023, 2,456,576 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 15,140,707, equal to 17.661% of the offer.
The offer began on January 23, 2023 and will end on February 17, 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that DeA Capital ordinary shares purchased on the market on 16 and 17 February 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
