(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by the Overlord Bidco vehicle on the ordinary shares of BE Shaping the Futurea company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the field of professional services for the financial sector, it appears that today, 2 December 2022, 83,917 applications for membership have been presented.
Therefore, overall there are 2,360,411 requests for membership, equal to 6.23% of the offer.
The offer started on 23 November 2022 and will end on 16 December 2022.
Italian Stock Exchange reminds you that the BE Shaping the Future ordinary shares purchased on the market on 15 and 16 December 2022 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
