(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by the vehicle Overlord Bidco on the ordinary shares of BE Shaping the Future, a company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the field of professional services for the financial sector, it appears that today, 9 December 2022, 363,718 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 5,196,046, equal to 13.70526% of the offer.
The offer began on November 23, 2022 and will end on December 16, 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the BE Shaping the Future ordinary shares purchased on the market on 15 and 16 December 2022 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
