(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted on the ordinary shares of BE Shaping the Futurea company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the field of professional services for the financial sector, the vehicle Overlord Bidco has exceeded 90% of the share capital.
The membership period will end at 17:30 on 16 December 2022. Therefore, tomorrow 16 December 2022 represents the deadline for the holders of BE shares to tender their shares to the offer.
The bidder will then proceed the revocation of actions from Piazza Affari.
