(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian sponsored by Trinity Investments on the shares of Intermobiliare Bank, it appears that today, March 25, 2022, 89,663,546 requests for membership have been submitted. Therefore, a total of 210,798,607 requests for membership are, equal to 72.296% of the offer.
The offer, which started on 7 March 2022, ended today, March 25, 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds that the ordinary shares of Banca Intermobiliare purchased on the market on 24 and 25 March 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
