(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by Domus Srl on the ordinary shares of Aedes SIIQa real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 21 February 2023, 370,346 applications for membership have been presented.
Therefore, overall there are 36,346,100 requests for membership, equal to 28.69% of the offer.
The offer started on 6 February 2023 and will end on 3 March 2023.
Italian Stock Exchange he reminds that the Aedes SIIQ ordinary shares purchased on the market on 2 and 3 March 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
