(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by Domus Srl on the ordinary shares of Aedes SIIQ, a real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 24 February 2023, 1,330,143 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall the requests for membership are 42,111,039, equal to 33.240% of the offer.
The offer began on February 6, 2023 and will end on March 3, 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the Aedes SIIQ ordinary shares purchased on the market on 2 and 3 March 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
