After the pandemic, when many people wanted to go out and travel and discovered that their passports had expired, there was incredibly high pressure on the passport offices throughout the country. But now the situation is different and if you need a new passport, the waiting times are short, after you have had your passport photo appointment, you usually have your passport for less than a week. Some customers are even surprised that it can happen so quickly.
– “Oh, how fast it goes – I didn’t think so. There was a 15-16 week waiting period this summer”, but as I said, we are completely past that now, says Ella Almroth.
