Faissal’s father, Ridouan Taghi from Vianen, is the main suspect in the extensive Marengo trial that revolves around a series of murder plans and liquidations, mostly in the province of Utrecht. According to the Public Prosecution Service, there was a liquidation gang led by Taghi. The Public Prosecution Service previously spoke of a “completely unscrupulous organization”.
