Systembolaget is reported – for offending beer

Systembolaget is reported for offending beer

Systembolaget has 450 stores around the country, where they sell alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine, as well as non-alcoholic alternatives.

Their range can vary depending on the size of the store and customer demand. For example, drinks from local breweries are sold at system companies in the specific area, but not in other parts of the country.

Systembolaget in Nyköping sells a local beer called “Mannen i CP-trucken”.

Now the beer is reported to the discrimination ombudsman by a person who believes that the name is discriminatory, which Södermanland News was the first to report on.

The person who made the report believes that people can take offense because of the beer’s unusual name.
