(Telestock) – SYS-DATa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the ICT sector, has announced that the 987,000 shares subject to the over-allotment option have been fully placed and, consequently, Intermonte has greenshoe option fully exercised granted by the company at the same price as the institutional placement (3.40 euros per share).
Following the exercise of the greenshoe option, the offering involved a total of 10,857,920 shares, reaching a free float of approximately 35.1% of the share capital, for a total value equal to approximately 37 million euros at the placement price.
