In Syria, the new government was announced on Saturday March 29, by Ahmed al-Charaa, acting president for five years. Following the abuses on the Syrian coast mainly targeting the Alawite community in early March, the president wanted to include the entire Syrian denominational mosaic. However, this government does not seem to appeal to the Kurds of Northeast Syrian.
