Due to blue-green algae, there is a risk of skin irritation and stomach and intestinal complaints. In the Utrechtse Voorveldse Polder there has been a negative swimming advice for some time. Just outside our region, warnings are in force at the Vuntusstrand in Loosdrecht and at the Eiland van Maurik.
