It was earlier in the day that a terminal at Kastrup airport was evacuated after a person said he had a bomb in his luggage.
The bomb squad was also called in to investigate the scene. A moment later, the airport announced via its press service that the man had no bomb in the bag and that he was still in custody. According to several media, it must have been about “a joke”.
Now Hanna Fogelström, national team manager for the Swedish Handball Association, confirms that the person in question is a leader of the women’s U18 national team.
– We take it seriously, says Fogelström to TV4 Nyheterna.
